Roll-Off Containers:

• Live Load Waiting Time - We allow you 30 minutes to load the container on live loads.
• Overweight - All of our dumpsters are sold with prescribed weight limits. For example, a 30-yard container is afforded 4 tons. We bill overweights on the pick-up. Please call us if you do not know your prescribed weight limit

• Non C&D Material - Our C&D dumpsters are rented assuming a C&D dumping price. C&D is defined as wood, shingles, plaster, roofing, tile, metal and fencing. Please call us at 301-854-2595 if you have any questions. Registered loads are billed at the Trash rate. The Trash Municipal Solid Waste price applies to such things as lead batteries, leaves, tires, hospital waste, mattresses, clothing, furniture, plastics, carpets and household items
• Additional Charges - Mattresses, air conditioners, refrigerator/freezers, televisions and tires. Please call for pricing as each item varies
• Attempted Delivery - We make every effort to be prompt and ontime for deliveries and pick-ups. We reserve the right to bill for missed delivery, swap or pick-up based on such things as the customer not being ready for our service, entrances blocked by vehicles and dangerous situations where our equipment has been moved since we placed it on site.

Recycling Plans:

• Concrete/Masonry Block - Transported to a licensed facility where the material is processed and recycled into aggregate for new concrete and road packing
• Metal - Transported to a metal recycler where it is further sorted and processed for recycling into new metal products
• Construction & Demolition Debris - Transported to various licensed C&D collection and recycling facilities, where the material is sorted into the appropriate categories. Our outlets for C&D have well documented recycling rates (some in excess of 80%) with only the residual material eventually disposed of at landfills
